Ingredients
  

Egg base
  • 6 large large eggs Don't skip the eggs; they bind everything together.
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
Filling
  • 1 cup diced ham Feel free to use leftover ham.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss) Experiment with different cheeses.
  • 1 cup spinach (optional) Mix in your favorite veggies.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheese, spinach, and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder).
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or baking pan.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature, and pair it with a fresh salad for extra crunch. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for longer storage.
