  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 tsp spices (e.g., garlic powder, paprika) to taste
For assembly and frying
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 cup queso dip for serving
  • 2 tbsp green onions for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and your favorite spices.
  2. Spread the mixture onto a flour tortilla and roll it tightly.
Cooking

Notes
