Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 12 pieces eggroll wrappers (7 inches each)
  • 12 slices honey ham, thinly sliced
  • 12 sticks mozzarella sticks (string cheese) Keep cheese cold until the last minute
  • Olive oil, for brushing Game-changer for flavor and color
  • Garlic salt, to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface, with one corner pointing towards you.
  3. Place a slice of honey ham diagonally across the center of the wrapper.
  4. Position a cold mozzarella stick on top of the ham.
  5. Fold the bottom corner over the cheese, then fold the sides snugly, rolling it up like a burrito and moistening the top corner with water to seal.
  6. Transfer wrapped sticks to the prepared baking sheet seam-side down, leaving space between each.
  7. Brush each wrapper lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Baking
  1. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Allow them to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of paprika or Italian seasoning in the oil. These sticks can be served with ranch or marinara sauce.
