  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream Adjust quantity for desired sauce consistency.

Preparation
  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Stir in cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  4. Toss the cooked fettuccine with the sauce until well coated.
  5. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Notes

Can be served with a splash of lemon juice for a zesty kick. Pair with garlic bread or a light salad for a complete meal.
