Preparation
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Cooking
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
- Pour in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine with the sauce until well coated.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
Can be served with a splash of lemon juice for a zesty kick. Pair with garlic bread or a light salad for a complete meal.
