Preparation
  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, mixing well to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in the fridge for up to 3 days. For reheating, use a microwave or stove with a splash of cream. To make it ahead, cook gnocchi and sauce separately.
