  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant—about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper to elevate that flavor!
  6. Place the lobster tails in the skillet, meat side up. Spoon the garlic butter sauce over them generously.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve alongside a colorful medley of roasted vegetables or a light salad. Crusty bread is recommended to soak up the garlic butter sauce. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days or frozen for up to a month.
