Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant—about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper to elevate that flavor!
- Place the lobster tails in the skillet, meat side up. Spoon the garlic butter sauce over them generously.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve alongside a colorful medley of roasted vegetables or a light salad. Crusty bread is recommended to soak up the garlic butter sauce. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days or frozen for up to a month.
