- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet skin-side down. Cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine heavy cream, chopped chives, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Pour the cream mixture over the salmon in the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or microwave.
