Preparation
- Place softened cream cheese in a medium bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Add the shredded cheddar, crumbled feta, chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, and green onions. Fold in gradually until well mixed.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Refrigerate the cheese mixture for about 30 minutes to firm it up.
Coating and Serving
- On a small plate, combine the additional chopped pecans and cranberries.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the cheese mixture, roll it into a ball, and coat it in the cranberry-pecan mix. Repeat until all cheese mixture is used.
- Arrange the cheese bites on a platter and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
For maximum flavor, prepare a day ahead. Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days in the fridge or freeze for up to a month.
