  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing.
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley Optional, for garnish.

Preparation
  1. Slice the chicken breasts into uniform strips.
  2. Gather all your ingredients for quick access.
Cooking
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the chicken strips and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning over the chicken; stir to coat.
  4. Add the penne pasta and chicken broth, stirring to ensure the pasta is submerged.
  5. Bring to a gentle boil and cook until the pasta is al dente.
  6. Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
  7. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  8. Just before serving, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley for garnish.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Freezing is also possible for up to 2 months.
