  • 3 pieces hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1-2 tbsp dijon mustard For added zing
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill Fresh dill is recommended
  • 1 tsp paprika Plus additional to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder Plus additional to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper Plus additional to taste
  • 1 pinch salt Plus additional to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toss all the ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend on high until the dip is creamy and smooth.
  3. Taste test and season with more salt, pepper, garlic powder, or mustard to your liking.
