Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
  2. Dip each strawberry into Greek yogurt to coat.
  3. Place the yogurt-covered strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  5. Drizzle or dip the yogurt-covered strawberries into the melted chocolate.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle chopped almonds or granola on top before the chocolate sets.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes to harden the chocolate.

Notes
