Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Red Lobster Biscuit Mix, sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Gradually add milk until the mixture holds together.
- If desired, add garlic powder and onion powder for extra flavor.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- In the last 5 minutes of baking, baste with seasoned butter.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with barbecue sauce, honey mustard, or a sour cream dip with chives. Store in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven for fresh taste.
