  • 2 cups Red Lobster Biscuit Mix Or any biscuit mix
  • 1 lb Sausage (bulk or casings removed)
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese Use sharp cheddar for better flavor
  • 1/2 cup Milk Gradually added until mixture holds together
  • 1/4 cup Seasoned butter (for basting) Baste during baking for extra flavor
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder (optional) For added flavor
  • 1 tsp Onion powder (optional) For added flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Red Lobster Biscuit Mix, sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Gradually add milk until the mixture holds together.
  4. If desired, add garlic powder and onion powder for extra flavor.
  5. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. In the last 5 minutes of baking, baste with seasoned butter.
  3. Remove from oven and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with barbecue sauce, honey mustard, or a sour cream dip with chives. Store in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven for fresh taste.
