Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese.
- Pour in the milk and mix just until combined. Do not overmix.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and brush with butter for shine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Store biscuits in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the fridge, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat at 350°F until warm.
