  • 1 whole Whole wheat tortilla
  • 4 slices Lean turkey
  • 2 slices Crispy bacon
  • 1 medium Fresh avocado Sliced
  • 1 cup Vibrant greens Lettuce, spinach, etc.
  • 1 medium Tomato Optional
Condiments
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise Optional
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard Optional
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the bacon until crispy.
  2. Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or mustard on the tortilla, if desired.
  4. Layer the turkey, crispy bacon, avocado slices, vibrant greens, and tomato (if using) on the tortilla.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap.
  7. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for a convenient on-the-go meal.

Notes

For added crunch, include sliced pickles or crispy fried onions. Try different spreads like sriracha mayo or guacamole. For a gluten-free option, use a gluten-free tortilla.
