Ingredients
  

Sandwich Components
  • 1 piece Crusty bread or ciabatta
  • 8 oz Burrata cheese
  • 4 oz Fresh mozzarella
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 5 leaves Fresh basil leaves Torn into pieces
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the crusty bread or ciabatta in half.
  2. Spread the burrata cheese on one half and top with slices of fresh mozzarella.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them on top of the mozzarella.
  4. Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then season with salt and pepper.
  6. Close the sandwich with the other half of the bread and serve.

Notes

Assemble just before eating for the best texture. Leftovers can be wrapped and stored in the fridge for 1-2 days. Consider storing components separately to maintain freshness.
