- In a blender, combine rolled oats, milk, blueberries, banana, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a thicker texture, use frozen bananas. Serve chilled in a beautiful glass topped with fresh blueberries, or add granola for crunch.
