  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) For sweetness, adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 cup oats (optional) Add for more texture.

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the blueberries, banana, yogurt, milk, and cinnamon. If desired, add honey and oats.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Adjust the thickness by adding more milk if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Top with granola for crunch, sprinkle with cinnamon or extra blueberries for garnish. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours or freeze for one month.
