Main Ingredients
  • 1 piece banana Ripe banana for sweetness.
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries Can substitute with frozen blueberries.
  • 2-3 pieces ripe dates Pitted for blending.
  • 1 cup almond milk Or any milk of choice.
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds Adds texture and nutrition.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Optional for creaminess.
  • to taste cubes Ice cubes For a chilled smoothie.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the banana, blueberries, dates, almond milk, and chia seeds.
  2. Add in the Greek yogurt if you’re feeling fancy.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Toss in some ice cubes if you like it chilled, and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking or freeze in individual servings for meal prep.
