- In a blender, combine the banana, blueberries, dates, almond milk, and chia seeds.
- Add in the Greek yogurt if you’re feeling fancy.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Toss in some ice cubes if you like it chilled, and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking or freeze in individual servings for meal prep.
