  • 6 pieces hard-boiled eggs Eggs should be cooked and cooled before preparation.
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise Regular or vegan mayonnaise can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish Adjust to taste for spiciness.
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste Adds classic Bloody Mary flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce Use your favorite hot sauce.
  • 0.5 teaspoon celery seed
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season according to preference.
Garnishes
  • Paprika for garnish Sprinkle on top before serving.
  • Chopped parsley or celery for garnish Adds color and flavor.

Preparation
  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with mayonnaise, horseradish, tomato paste, hot sauce, celery seed, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Sprinkle paprika and garnish with chopped parsley or celery on top.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy your Bloody Mary-style deviled eggs!

Notes

To keep eggs fresh, prepare everything in advance but fill the egg whites on the day of serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
