Ingredients
  

For the Wraps
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
For the Coleslaw
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, toss shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  2. In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
  3. Mix in the optional cilantro and green onions for extra flavor.
Assembly
  1. Lay a tortilla flat. Add BBQ chicken and slaw in the center.
  2. Fold the sides in and roll tightly from the bottom.
  3. Repeat for the remaining wraps.
  4. Cut each wrap in half diagonally.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with a side of crispy sweet potato fries or fresh fruit salad. These wraps keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days, and freezing is fine for about 1 month.
