Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the ripe banana, matcha green tea powder, and almond milk.
  2. If using protein powder, add that to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring no banana chunks remain.
  4. If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness and blend again.
  5. For a frosty smoothie, add ice cubes and blend until frosty.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Garnish with a sprinkle of matcha powder or banana slices. This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Consider freezing in ice cube trays for easy preparation.
