- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the balsamic mixture over them. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cooking
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and flaky.
- Drizzle with any remaining glaze before serving and garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
If you have leftovers, they'll last in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for about 3 months. Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave.
