Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly on top.
  6. Place lemon slices on each fillet.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

Tips: Don’t overcook; aim for a slight pink in the center. Feel free to experiment with spices. Skin-on fillets keep the fish moist.
