Preparation
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, and basil. Massage the spices into the chicken.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a plate to cool slightly and then slice.
Filling and Assembly
- In a bowl, combine mozzarella, parmesan, minced garlic, chopped spinach, parsley, and basil. Mix well.
- Lay one tortilla flat, spoon the cheese mixture in the center, and add a few slices of chicken. Do not overfill.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up snugly.
Baking
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the wraps seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Serving
- Let cool briefly, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for longer storage. Reheat in the oven or skillet to maintain crispiness.
