- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth but slightly chunky.
- Whisk in the eggs, honey or maple syrup, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and enjoy!
Notes
Serve warm with butter or a drizzle of honey. Can be paired with ice cream for a delicious dessert. Store wrapped tightly for 2-3 days at room temperature or in the fridge for up to a week. Freeze in slices for longer storage.
