Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  4. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  6. Add mayo, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix well.
Assembly
  1. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  2. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish and serve.

Notes

Timing is key; adjust cooking time slightly for medium or farm-fresh eggs. For smoother filling, consider using a hand mixer or food processor. Mix in pickles, bacon bits, or sriracha for an extra kick. These deviled eggs can be stored in the fridge for 3-5 days, ideally covered.
