  • 4 cups Potatoes (any kind) Wash and cut into wedges or cubes
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing This is where the magic begins
  • 1 cup Cheese (sharp cheddar, mozzarella, etc.) Use your favorite melting cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges or cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the potatoes with ranch dressing until well coated.
  4. Spread the coated potatoes on a baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the potatoes.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  2. For extra gooey cheese, add more cheese halfway through baking.
  3. Serve warm as a delicious side dish.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for about 3-4 days in an airtight container. You can freeze them, but the texture might change slightly.
